Directions: NORA TEA INFUSION

The best results from drinking NORA tea come from drinking it as an INFUSION rather than just steeping it like a breakfast tea. To create a medicinal infusion, you let your tea steep overnight. Here’s how:

What You’ll Need:

·    Measuring cup

·    Pot for boiling water

·    16-oz glass jar w/ lid for steeping overnight (mason/canning jar)

·    A strainer to catch the leaves after steeping
* * You can pack the loose leaf tea in reusable cotton tea bags or a nylon stocking, tied on the open end, to make a disposable tea bag.

Preparing NORA Tea Infusion:

1.  Mix the bag well

2.  Scoop 1/4 cup of loose leaf tea into the glass jar.

3. Pour 4-1/2 cups of boiling water over the leaves in the jar.
Herbal teas steep best in boiling water. Don’t let the water cool before pouring it into the jar.

4.  Make sure all of the leaves are drenched & mixed well in the water. Cover the jar with a lid.

5.  Place the tea in the refrigerator after it has cooled a bit. Let it steep overnight.

6.  In the morning, you will have a very strong infusion of NORA tea.
